The Beulah Community welcomed with open arms the Beulah/Heiskell Enterprise Center. The day was commemorated with a cookout, games, and dancing. Staff members and volunteers hosted, served food as well as led games like musical chairs and jumprope competitions! By late summer on Saturday, September 9, 2006, the first participants in the Beulah Clerical/Computer training program walked through the doors. Now, the Center has been renamed The Center for Public Life. Staff looks forward to welcoming it's first set of new participants under its new name.
